| 摘 要： | 采用能任意精度逼近任意函数的BP神经网络对用熏硫法预处理山楂中Vc含量进行建模.建模结果表明,BP神经网络能很好地逼近Vc含量与熏硫量和熏硫时间的函数关系,能够确定最佳熏硫时间和熏硫量,并确定在此条件下的Vc含量.

| Abstract: | BP neural network,which can approach to any function by any precision,is used to build model of Vc content in haw,pretreated by sulfur-smoke.The result shows that BP neural network can approach to the relationship among Vc content,smoking dose and smoking time,and determine the best smoking dose and time,and the Vc content on this condition. |
