| 摘 要： | 院士,在许多国家,原本只指谓一些以"学会或社团"形式自愿献身于科学的仁人志士。他们不为功名利禄,只为求真和认知。然而在我国,眼下的院士不仅拥有更高的地位、更多的荣誉、更好的待遇,也掌握着更多的人力、财力、物力、以及有关基金项目和科研奖励评审等诸多方面的权力。结果,物极而返,使得院士制度开始发生异化,并逐渐殃及学风、道德和传统,使科技界出现权力日益压倒学识和真理的倾向。

| Abstract: | Academicians are referred originally to the members who devote oneself voluntarily to science in scientific academy. Their magnificent actions are not for the fame, gain and power, and only are dedication for science. However, now, Chinese academicians not only possess the better scientific attainments than the academician of older generation, but because that they possess the added power, the higher position, the better treatment, and hold more wealth and resource. They can dominate the persons and material resources; decide the future and fate of the more organization of scientific research and the university. As a result, the academician system has been alienated and affected the academic ethos and tradition, resulting in a domination of influence and fame over knowledge and truth. |
