篦式冷却机液压系统管路冲击的仿真研究

摘    要:通过对篦式冷却机液压系统建模仿真,发现电液换向阀频繁换向时,在执行元件入口处存在较大压力冲击,造成液压系统管路破裂。将电液换向阀改为比例方向阀后,仿真结果显示冲击明显减小,满足系统工作要求。

Abstract:By means of grate cooler hydraulic system modelling simulation,we found that,when electrohydraulic change valves frequently change directions,there are high pressure shock in implenting component access points,causing hydraulic system pipes break.When eletrohydraulic change valves are changed into proportion direction valves,the simulation results show that shock decreases obviously,meeting the work demand of the system.
