铁矿石中铅、砷的X射线荧光光谱定性定量分析方法研究

摘    要:采用无标样分析技术对铁矿石中的铅、砷含量进行了定性分析,对含有铅、砷的铁矿石进行了筛选。采用增量法制备含铅、砷铁矿系列标样,采用变化理论α系数法对基体效应进行校正,采用X射线荧光光谱法定量测定铁矿石中铅、砷的含量,由此拓展了铁矿石中元素的检测范围,能够满足日常监管检测的需要。

Abstract:The qualitative method of plumbum and arsenic in iron ores was established with non-standard sample analysis technology of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The iron ores containing plumbum and arsenic elements can be accurately filtered with the method.The series of standard iron ore samples containing plumbum and arsenic were prepared by sample addition method.X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was used to detect the plumbum and arsenic content in the iron ores which were filtered by the non-standard samples analysis method,and the matrix effect was corrected by using the variable theoretical αcoefficient method.And thus the scope of applying X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to determine the elements content was extended,which can meet the demand of routine supervision and detection.
