| 摘 要： | 建设文明城市、幸福之都离不开对新唐山人文精神的弘扬,其人文教化对市民素质的提升尤其是驻唐高校的学生的人格养成具有重要作用,对于大学生感恩报恩的意识、开放包容的心胸、乐观豁达的人生态度、不断超越的进取意识等的形成具有重要的指导意义。
