| 摘 要： | 五口通商时期的银元风潮,是这一时期金融风潮的核心问题.它的产生与解决是中外有关各方为了自身利益进行博弈的结果.外国中小洋行,大洋行与外国银行,中国钱庄,中国贸易商等中外商人,以及中国、美国、英国等国有关当局都卷入了这场风波.他们从不同的利益角度提出了银元改革的主张.银元问题的解决,是中国近代金融史与中国近代经济史上一件大事.

| Abstract: | The turmoil of sliver dollars is the key problem of the finanancial turmoils in five-treaty-ports period.Its emerging and solution is the result of interaction among the concerning parts at home and abroad,which all gamed in their own interest.Both the business and the concerning authorities were involved in the turmoil.The businness includes the foreign firms,either middle and small or big,the banks,either foreign or native,and Chinese traders;the authorities means those of China,America,British,and so on.They presented their proposals of reformation in their own interest.The solution of the turmoil of silver dollars is an important incident both in the history of finance and in the history of economy in modern China. |
