| 摘 要： | 采用实验对比手段对草乌的繁殖技术和相应的栽培措施进行研究，结果表明几种方法均可采用，但效果以块根繁殖法较好，若方法得当块根切芽繁殖法也可行，扦插繁殖法与种子直播法效果较差；本研究还为几种繁殖法确立了相应的栽培技术，为其开发利用奠定良好基础．

| Abstract: | This paper obviously bore the fruits of the research on Propagation Technique of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb conducted by means of comparing the Propagation Technique of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb with its relative planting methods.The results showed that a few methods can be adopted. But of all the best one is root tuber propagation method. The better one is root tuber bud-cutting propagation if it's properly done. Among all the poor ones are cuttage propagation and seed-directly-sowed methods. The paper also established the growing technique concerned with the propagation methods as well as laid a good foundation for their development. |
