| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步，学生的个体性格也越来越多元化．心理“特困生”其实即心理健康方面存在一定缺陷的学生越来越多。作为班主任，不能用统一的模式去管理所有学生，不能只关注学生的成绩和温饱问题，我们要多关注心理上有缺陷的心理“特困生”。只有不断地转化好心理“特困生”，才能让班级正常的运转，让学生健康成长。
