摘    要:随着社会的进步,学生的个体性格也越来越多元化.心理“特困生”其实即心理健康方面存在一定缺陷的学生越来越多。作为班主任,不能用统一的模式去管理所有学生,不能只关注学生的成绩和温饱问题,我们要多关注心理上有缺陷的心理“特困生”。只有不断地转化好心理“特困生”,才能让班级正常的运转,让学生健康成长。

Abstract:With the development of society, students' individual characters are also more and more diversified. Most students lose their mental health. As headteachers, we shouldn't use the unified pattern to manage all students. We should pay more at- tention to these students who lose their mental health in our class and try every useful method to change their situations.
