| 摘 要： | 我国土地征收中存在的主要问题是：“公共利益”概念界定不明；土地征收程序不规范；征收补偿不到位；征收中对农民权益救济的司法保障不力等。完善我国土地征收制度要实现经营性用地市场化供给,完善土地征收的程序,改革土地征收补偿制度,建立完善的司法救济途经。 |
