| 摘 要： | 自由与平等是美国新自由主义争论的主要焦点。罗尔斯主张，在保障个人政治权利的同时应该关注平等问题：而诺齐克则认为，以国家的名义解决平等问题必然要侵犯个人自由权利。从这场争论中，我们可以吸取一定的理论资源，从而为我国当前的社会主义现代化建设提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Neo-liberalism in America mainly focused on liberty and equality. During the discussion, John Rawls affirmed that the state should guarantee equality when liberty ensured. While Robert Nozick considered that if the state settled equality it would certainly impinge individual right of liberty. We should extract some wealth of theory from this debate, reconsider our justice in China in order to offer some beneficial help for our modernization construction of socialism. |
