摘 要: | 当今企业普遍存在员工跳槽和"应付"工作的现象,这对企业的负面影响很大。结合企业自身情况,建立科学的人力资源管理体系,侧重于有效激励措施的制定和落实以及注重培训等管理措施的建立,对促进企业形成员工安于本职、爱岗敬业的企业氛围具有很大帮助。

Abstract: | Nowadays the existence of employees' job-hopping and sabotage brings negative effect to enterprises' development. In order to result in the enterprise atmosphere of employees' spirit of enthusiastic hardworking, it is of great help to build scientific human resource management system, to work out effective stimulating measure and pay more attention to staff's training in accordance with enterprises' condition. |
