提高青年教师课堂教学适应能力的思考

摘    要:提高青年教师的课堂适应能力,需要解决七个方面的问题:一是立足教书育人的基点;二是弄清楚课的结构;三是明确一节好课的标准;四是弄清六种关系,做好五样功课;五是打好学术基本功,练好教学基本功;六是抓好课堂教学管理和质量;七是不断进行教学反思。

Abstract:Teaching is a science and an art.In order to have a good lesson,the teachers should cope with the seven aspects,i.e.,grasping the teaching principle,having clear understanding of the course structure,knowing the standard of the lesson,having clear idea of six relations,completing five preparation work,training academic ability,improving course teaching management and quality and improving teaching reflection.
