| 摘 要： | 在阐述利益相关者概念及其管理理论基本观点的基础上,指出NBA联赛停摆将会对各利益相关者造成重要影响,包括联盟门票收入停止、广告收入骤减、凝聚力减弱、负面影响增多;球员遭受经济损失、面临再就业风险;球迷面临生活方式调整;球员工会的实质性功能得以彰显;竞争对手市场份额增多、运作经验增长;广告赞助厂商相关广告的连续性受到影响、经济效益受损;媒体原有播出计划受到干扰等。提出NBA联赛产品的生产消费是一个各利益相关者相辅相成的过程,NBA停摆在影响各利益相关者的同时,联赛本身将不可避免地遭遇到利益相关者的负面回馈。

| Abstract: | On the basis of discussing the stakeholder concept and the basic theory of the stakeholders management,the paper points out that the NBA stopping will impose great impact on the stakeholders.The box office receipts stop and advertisement income decreases.The cohesion weakens and the negative influences increase.The basketball players suffer the economic losses and face the risk of reemployment.The NBA fans have to readjust their life.The basketball player union has its function.The opponents of NBA have more market shares.The advertisement sponsors suffer economic losses.The original broadcasting plan of the media is interrupted.The paper points out that NBA is a process in which all the stakeholders interact with each other.NBA stopping imposes negative impact on the stakeholders and in return the stakeholders will impose negative impact on the NBA. |
