| 摘 要： | 运用献资料及访谈法对西夏军事体育的兴盛做了概括描述。研究表明：西夏王朝建立前后，始终都处在外部巨大的军事压力之下，使其不得不以武备为先，这是其军事体育兴盛的外部原因；西夏王朝穷兵默武的政策及全民“尚武”的社会风气是其军事体育兴盛的内部原因。另外，党项羌人强健的体魄和西夏先进的兵器制造业为其提供了坚实的物质基础。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly expound the prosperous of military sports in Xi - xia, Using the way of literature and consultation. The research indicate that around the foundation of Xixia dynasty, the exterior cause of sociology of military sports in XiXia which is the exterior vastness tension of military and regard as the military equipment; the interior cause of prosperous of military sports in XiXia is that the mass combative and advocate force; in addition, The Dang - xiang ethnic strong physique and advanced weapon manufacturing provided the stability substance foundation. |
