| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和毕业生就业制度改革的进一步深化,大学生就业从过去“统包统分”完全转变到了“双向选择、自主择业”,这给大学生带来了难得的机遇,同时也给我们职业指导工作者带来了新的挑战。本文从大学生职业指导的现状出发,论述了丰富大学生职业指导的内容以及提升大学生职业指导的方法。

| Abstract: | Accompanied by our socialist marketing economy development,and the reform policy progress of higher school employment,college students' employment viewpoint has transferred ultimately from traditional "government-planning assignment " to "two way choice and independent option",which provided a gold-like opportunity for students and a new challenge for our occupation-guiders as well.In the light of realistic situation,the author demonstrated abundant experience and methods to guide students for their career scheme. |
