| Abstract: | Cross-strait cooperation in running schools is a special form of cooperative education,the legal characteristics and nature of the cooperation should be cleared.A comprehensive knowledge of the defects in legal aspects in the cooperative education and the causes should be got,thereby to improve legal,regulation and policy system of it and to promote the sustainable development of the cross-strait cooperation in running schools. |
