| 摘 要： | 近年来,在严峻的就业形势下,越来越多的大学生将自主创业做为一种新的择业方式。创业素质在创业者成功创业过程中起着至关重要的作用。对高校创业素质进行了研究,分析了高校培养现实中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
