| 摘 要： | 团队凝聚力是影响员工的工作态度、工作行为与工作绩效的一个极为重要的因素。本文概述了欧美学术界在团队凝聚力方面的研究成果,对团队凝聚力的概念含义与组成成分、影响因素和作用进行了述评,最后对我国团队凝聚力研究的未来提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Group cohesiveness is one of the most important factors that influence employees' job attitude,behavior and performance.The author summarized the studies on the theory of group cohesiveness,and made a comment on the conception,dimensions,and antecedents and consequences of group cohesiveness.Finally,the author gave some sugges- tions about the future of group cohesiveness research in China. |
