| 摘 要： | “尚氏形意拳”经过几代人的继承、传播、研练与悟化,已形成其独特的风格特点,并于1987年8月被国家体委武术研究院正式认定并命名。文章从其练法,劲力体用,对丹田功能的理解以及其桩功、套路的特点的分析向读者展示了尚氏形意拳的深邃内涵。

| Abstract: | The Xingyi Quan of "Shang "Style had unique characteristic after several generations' spreading, study and hard work, And it was named by "Wushu" research institute of The Nation P.E. committee and. in Augest in 1987. The paper is according to the practice, physical strength, the understanding to the lower part of abdomen, and the particular of set pattern to show the deep intension to unique Wushu style. |
