| 摘 要： | 跨越式发展只有在形成以技术能力为基础的全面协同能力时才可能发生。对知识资本的形成进行了剖析,明晰了制约跨越式发展的内部障碍实质是知识资本形成的三个连续关联点;从管理有效性角度提出了持续创新管理的概念,探讨了其对跨越式发展的能动效应及其机理,阐明了持续创新管理是高技术企业跨越式发展的实现途径。

| Abstract: | The spanning development may occur only when the general coordinated capability is formed on basis of the technology ability. The paper analyzes the knowledge capital formation, and explains clearly that the essential internal obstacles restricting the spanning development are the three continuous relative points needed by the formation of knowledge capital. The paper puts forward the definition of sustainable innovation management from the perspective of the management effectiveness, discusses the mobile effect of the sustainable innovation management acting on spanning development and its mechanism, and illustrates that the effective sustainable innovation management is the way to realize the spanning development of high-tech corporations. |
