| 摘 要： | 教练员的指挥和决策能力在很大程度上决定着竞技比赛的命运，一场比赛的成功与失败往往取决于教练员刹那间的指挥与决策。对教练员的性格差异与指挥风格、性格对指挥权威的影响、指挥艺术与性格优化以及影响教练员决策能力的因素进行了探讨。
