目标管理理论在高校教师管理中的运用

摘    要:目标管理理论是一种过程型的激励理论,强调管理双方通过组织目标的共同设置、实施、检查和评价来激发动机,指导行为,发挥整体的组织绩效。提出运用目标管理理论对高校教师进行管理,强化教师主体在管理中的参与意识,实施管理目标激励机制,合理协调教师目标与学校目标之间的关系,实现高校教师管理的科学化。

Abstract:Target administration is a process-typed stimulating theory,which emphasizes both sides in management are to stimulate motivations,guide behaviors and give full play to the integrated organizational performance.A scientific way in the administration of teaching staff in colleges and universities is to be carried out by administering teaching staff in colleges and universities with target administration,reinforcing the subjective participating awareness of teaching staff,implementing the stimulating mechanism in the execution of target administration,and rationally regulating the relationship between teachers' goal and scholastic goal.
