| 摘 要： | 为探讨复发性阿弗他溃疡与细菌的关系，我们分别对病例组溃疡灶及对照组唇部粘膜进行了细菌学分离对比研究，发现病例组溃疡灶以肺炎链球菌为主，而对照组唇部粘膜以甲型溶血性链球菌为主．认为肺炎链球菌与复发性阿弗他溃疡有关，并进一步讨论了肺炎链球菌的致病机制．

| Abstract: | To study the pathogenesis of bacteria in recurrent aphthous ulcers, we have isolated and identificated some bacteria in focal areas of recurrent aphthous ulcers and the mucosa of lips in control group respectively. Pneumococci are dominant flora in focal areas of the case group, but α-haemolytic streptocci are major flora on the mucosa of lips in control group. The conclusion is that pneumococci are correlative with recurrent aphthous ulcers and their pathogenesis has also been discussed. |
