| 摘 要： | 在工程教育背景下,化工工程与工艺专业的人才培养模式不断向工程教育靠拢。工程人才的培养应从工程教育理念出发,通过对化工专业的教育目标、课程体系、实践体系、教学与评价方法等方面的工程性建设,全面提高学生的工程素质和工程实验能力,增强毕业生在化工行业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | In the background of engineering education,the training mode of engineering talents in chemical engineering and technology specialty has moved closer to engineering education constantly.The training of engineering talents should set off from the idea of engineering education to improve the engineering quality and engineering experiment ability of students comprehensively and enhance the competitiveness of graduates in the chemical industry.It can be realized through constructing the engineering fields of chemical industry,such as educational goals,course system,practical system,teaching and appraising methods. |
