| 摘 要： | 树立教育服务理念是全面推进素质教育的基本要求.针对当前中小学教师服务意识缺位的种种表现:将管理等同于服务、轻视学生个性发展、忽视学生心理健康,应在树立现代教育观的基础上,探寻建塑中小学教师服务意识的基本途径.
