| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化带来了高等教育规模的扩张和日益多样化．必然要求高校培养具有良好个性的毕业生以更好地满足社会各行各业对人才的不同需求。湖州师范学院积极实施“最适教育”，逐步形成了地方本科院校个性化人才培养的理念、模式、途径和机制，取得了积极的成效。

| Abstract: | China’s higher education gets more and more expanded and diversified as mass higher education movement proceeds.Thus,it is necessary for the universities and colleges to cultivate graduates with good personality to satisfy social’s varieties of needs of different talents.Huzhou Teachers College puts the optimum education into practice actively,and the ideas,models,approaches and mechanism for cultivating personalized talent of a regional university are taking shape.The practice of the optimum education in Huzhou Teachers College has achieved remarkable success. |
