| 摘 要： | 日益高涨的社会需求与动态变化的高等教育环境使现代大学在承担社会责任的过程中,面临着诸多挑战与制衡,迫切需要完善大学社会责任的理论建构与实践原则。什么是大学社会责任,大学为什么要承担社会责任,大学如何承担社会责任是三个摆在我们面前的重要问题。大学社会责任的履行要以"使命确立-责任共担-机制保障-文化创新"为行动框架和实现路径。

| Abstract: | The increasing social needs and the changing environment of higher education caused more challenges when modern universities afford their social responsibilities.This situation needs to improve the theory and principles of university social responsibility.The author discussed what university social responsibility is,why universities afford social responsibility,and how to fulfill university social responsibility.Based on the identity of USR concepts,reasons and fulfillment mechanism,the research designed an action framework of "mission statement-share responsibility-mechanism guarantee-culture innovation" to help universities fulfill social responsibilities. |
