| 摘 要： | 台湾高等技职教育近30年来,经历了从规模扩张到质量提升,再到建立技职教育体系的发展过程,在职业教育理念、专业与课程整合、师资队伍与校园文化建设等领域已形成了较为成熟的经验。尤其在"全人教育"理念、学业评价体系和创新创意三方面,彰显了自身鲜明的特色与价值,对于推动大陆高职教育改革与发展具有现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | In the recent 30 years,Taiwan Higher Technical and Vocational Institutions have respectively experienced an expansion of scale,an upgrading of educational quality and an establishment of higher technical and vocational system.Consequently,these institutions have achieved a lot in formulating concepts of higher vocational education,integrating specialties with curricula,constructing teaching teams and fostering campus culture.Among these,the educational concept of cultivating comprehensive humans,setting up school work evaluation systems and advocating creativity and originality are the three most distinctive features.These features are enlightening for the reform and development of mainland China’s higher vocational education. |
