| Abstract: | In view of the present criminal situation of frequen tly happened robbery and snatching cases, the author tries to make clear the dif ference and connection between the crime of robbery and the crime of snatching f rom legal principles; and explore the possibilities of the transformation from s natching to robbery theoretically in order to crack down more effectively on the act of snatching from speeding motors. The author advocates to extend the limit on snatching amount legislatively with an aim to make it more feasible in the l egal practice. |
