| 摘 要： | 作为抗日时期陕甘宁边区《边区群众报》的继承者,解放战争时期的《群众》周刊,在报纸大众化方面创造了贴近群众的工作传统:关注大众的物质生活和精神生活,运用群众的语言和传统的民间传播方式传播党的方针政策,培养基层通讯员,组织群众读报组。
