摘    要:在概述权变理论基本知识的基础上,从权变视角对激励模式进行了分析,通过情感激励、差异化激励、培训激励等方式,以动态、多维的新视角寻找激励结构中各种关系的最佳匹配,从而优化激励过程,提高图书馆员激励的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the outline of the elementary knowledge of contingency theory,this paper analyses incentive models from contingency view.Through emotion incentive,variation incentive,training incentive and so on,it seeks for the best matching framework among different incentives by the dynamic,multi-dimensional views so as to optimize incentive process and enhances librarians' incentive effectiveness.
