| 摘 要： | 前苏联长期实行国家统一指导下的高校自主招生考试制度。21世纪以来,前苏联15个加盟共和国中已有9个国家从大学自主考试走向统一考试。本文试图对此大规模考试改革的背景、特点及实施情况进行较为全面的论述。

| Abstract: | An independent enrollment and examination system in higher education institutions had been implemented during the period of Soviet Union.In the 21st century,it has been changed into the new unified state examination in nine countries of the 15 republic countries of Soviet Union.This article tries to analyze the background,the characteristic and the implementation of the new examination reform thoroughly. |
