| 摘 要： | 课程标准灵活性增强,是新一轮学校体育与健康课程改革的前提和基础。但《课程标准》是国家教育行政部门颁布的规范和指导教学的纲领性文件,还必须具有约束力。从当前基础教育《体育与健康课程标准》的实施现状来看:强化国家、地方、学校三级课程管理制度,建立地方体育课程教学指导大纲,强化体育与健康课程标准的权威性,严肃执行课程标准的纪律,势在必行。

| Abstract: | The enhanced flexibility of curriculum criteria is the basis and precondition of new reform in curriculum of physical education and health.However,curriculum criteria are the outline documents issued by national education administration to instruct education,which has its restriction.Studying on the present situation of implementing curriculum criteria in basic education,the paper holds that it is urgent to strengthen the three-class curriculum management of nation,local government and school;establish local guideline;reinforce the authority of curriculum criteria as well as execute the discipline strictly. |
