摘    要:花发育是有花植物生活史中一个极其重要而复杂的事件,它既涉及到细胞的分裂与分化,又涉及到组织和器官的形成,它既受环境因子的影响,又受自身生理信号的调控,它是一系列基因表达综合作用的结果。植物开花机制涉及四种成花诱导的途径:光周期途径、春化途径、赤霉素途径和自主促进途径。但不同日长的植物,开花机制不同;同一日长类型的植物,开花机制也可能有差异。相对于草本植物,木本植物开花机理的研究起步较晚,尚未见茶花开花分子机制的研究报道。

Abstract:Floral development is a very important and complicated event in the life cycle of floweringplants that involves the cell division and differentiation as well as tissue and organ formations and is con-trolled by both environmental and endogenous physiological inputs. All these processes are regulated by anintricate gene network. The plant flowering mechanism involves four pathways: photoperiod pathway, ver-nalization pathway, gibberellins pathway, and autonomous pathway. But different day -length plants havedifferent flowering mechanisms, and even the same day - length plants may have different flowering mecha-nisms. Fewer investigations on woody plants flowering mechanism have been made compared with herbalplants, and no related reports are available on camellia flowering - time genes.
