| 摘 要： | 无线数字语音通信在当前的通信系统中占有十分重要的地位,频谱紧缺问题一直是制约数字通信系统发展的主要问题之一。文中首先分析了频谱利用的现状和影响因素,然后提出了提升频谱利用率的途径,为无线电频率规划和相关规则、协议、政策、技术标准的制定提供了依据,最后通过对众多影响因素的分析得出了提升频谱利用率最为重要的两个关键技术,为将来的具体研究方法指明了方向和道路。

| Abstract: | Wireless digital voice communication occupies a very important position in the current com-munication systems, spectrum scarcity problem has been one of the main problems restricting the develop-ment of digital communication system. This paper first analyzes the status and influence factors of spectrumutilization, and then suggests some ways for improving the spectrum utilization, provide the basis for estab-lishing radio frequency planning and relevant rules, protocols, policies, technical standards, by the end ofthe many factors that enhance the utilization rate of spectrum analysis of the two most important key tech-nology as a concrete method, future research direction and road. |
