滇池两种水葫芦的生物学特性研究

摘    要:本文比较分析了滇池两种水葫芦的形态特征和生物量分配。结果表明,紫根水葫芦和普通水葫芦在根长、叶柄长、叶片长和叶片宽以及根冠比等的差异均达到极显著(p0.01)。紫根水葫芦的各个部分的干重都比普通水葫芦低,其中全株、叶柄、叶片干重的差异达到极显著水平(p0.01),根的干重差异达到了显著水平(p0.05)。紫根水葫芦和普通水葫芦在生物量分配上存在显著差异。两种水葫芦叶柄/全株和叶/全株差异达到显著水平(p0.05),根/全株、叶柄/根、叶/根、叶柄/叶表现出极显著差异(p0.01)。研究结果表明诱变育种措施显著地改变了水葫芦的生物量分配,较大的根系生物量分配应该是紫根水葫芦净化富营养化水体的生物学基础。

Abstract:In this paper, we made a comparative analysis of morphological characteristics and biomassallocation of two kinds of water hyacinth in Lake Dianchi. The results showed that water hyacinth with pur-ple root and water hyacinth difference in root length, petiole length, leaf length, leaf width and root cap ra-tio reached very significant levels( p 〈 0. 01 ). The dry weight of each part of the water hyacinth with purpleroot are lower than water hyacinth, the difference of dry weight in the whole plant, petiole and leaf was ex-tremely significant(p 〈0.01 ) , the difference of dry weight in root reached a significant level (p 〈 0.05).Water hyacinth with purple root and water hyacinth have a significant difference in biornass allocation. Inthe two kinds of water hyacinth, the difference in petiole/whole plant and leaf/whole plant was significant( p 〈 0.05 ) , and difference in root/whole plant, petiole/root, leaf/root, petiole/leaf was extremely signif-icant (p 〈 0.01 ). The results in this research show that the mutation breeding measures significantlychanged the biomass allocation of water hyacinth, the larger root biomass allocation should be the biologicalbasis of water hyacinth with purple root to purify water eutrophication.
