| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆如何利用有限的经费合理进行文献资源建设和优化配置,是十分值得关注,且具有现实意义和价值的问题。本文从确保年图书经费投入、稳定;合理调控纸质资源与电子资源的配置结构;避免文献资源重复建设并加强资源整合;定期进行文献资源的需求调查、宣传和利用评估四个重点问题进行探讨和分析。

| Abstract: | For libraries of the local universities, it is an important, practical and valuable issue howthe limited financial resources are deployed in an optimized mode for the purchase of books and other re-sources. This paper presents the authors＇analysis on this issue from the following four aspects ： 1 ） ensuringstable annual investment in library resources; 2 ） keeping balance between conventional paper resourcesand electronic resources; 3） avoiding repeated resources purchase by enhancing resource integration; andcarrying out regular demand survey, publicity and utilization evaluation on library resources. |
