| Abstract: | This article stated how to further deepen the reform of the management system,to construct the share platforms of two administrative levels,to take the construction of the laboratory as the quality engineering,and to build four systems to promote the reform of the experimental teaching on the basis of the eligible evaluation of the fundamental laboratories of the universities mainly. |
