| 摘 要： | 《民办教育促进法》的颁行,标志着中国民办(私立)高等教育发展的一个新跨越,它蕴含了近年来民办高教发展的新理念;它借助法律条文,使理念上升为规范性认识成果。今后,民办高教界亟需与社会有关部门一道,在实践过程中,将之逐步落实为促进发展的具体制度和措施。

| Abstract: | The issue of arks a new surpass of our country's civilian-run education. It contains the new ideas for the development of our country's civilian-run e ducation in recent years. By the aid of law terms, it makes the ideas rise to normal understanding results. From now on, it is necessary for the civilian-run higher education field to gradually make the law into the system and the real measure to promote education together with the concerned social departments in the course of carrying it out. |
