| 摘 要： | 本文分析了信息技术发展引起的企业管理思想、管理理论的变化,着重分析了对企业管理组织理论、决策理论的影响,指出了企业应用信息技术摆脱困境的重要性和现实意义。并提出了国内企业在企业管理信息化上存在的误区及推进信息技术应用的条件和对策。
