试论民族高等师范院校学生能力的培养

摘    要:民族高等师范院校是培养少数民族中等教育师资的重要组成部分。培养出的少数民族人才应该具备什么样的能力,是少数民族地区经济发展的需要,也是民族地区安定团结的要求,更是民族高等师范院校在新时期取得自身发展的前提,如何培养提高少数民族学生的自学获取能力、实际操作能力、课堂教学能力、教书育人能力、组织管理能力、表达陈述能力、社会交际能力和开拓创新能力,不但是有关专家学者所要研究的课题,更是民族高等师范系统设计、长期深入抓好的一项工作。

Abstract:Higher Teacher colleges play an important role in the training of the minority nationality teachers for middle schools. For the development of economics in the ethnic minority areas, the socail stability and union of nations in the area and even the self-development of higher teacher colleges in the new era closely depend on the ethnic minority talents cultivated in higher teacher colleges.How to improve and cultivate the minority nationality students possese the following abilities in self-study and acquiring,real practice and operation,teaching in classes,instructing and cultivating students, organizing and managing, expressing and declaring, socializing and creating etc.It is not only the subject for the relavant experts or scholars to study, but also the task for the higher teacher colleges to plan systematically and to fulfil consisently.
