| 摘 要： | 电力职工培训要国借鉴内外,业内外先进的人力资源理论,吸收有关能力模型建设、职业能力开发的有关先进理念,结合本部门实际工作需要,在应用中不断创新,提炼相关的政策制度,创新发展培训形式,不断完善考核评估机制,有效提升培训的实用性和针对性,从而建立一套行之有效的培训体系。

| Abstract: | Power staff training would learn the advanced human resource theory, absorpt capacity model of the relevant building, vocational ability development for advanced concepts. Combined with practical work in this sector, power enterprises innovate the application. By the policies system abstracted, innovation and development of forms of training, power enterprises would improve examination and evaluation mechanism constantly, enhance the usefulness and relevance of training in order to establish an effective training system. |
