| 摘 要： | 构建企业战略联盟是加强中国现代企业国际竞争力的重要方式。战略联盟的核心思想即为“竞合”，改变传统的以竞争对手消失为目标的对抗性竞争，为合作而竞争，靠合作来竞争以寻求企业竞争优势。
