摘    要:为了探讨糖的补充对大负荷训练大鼠血清氨基酸水平的影响及其生理学意义,通过对大鼠进行为期8周的大负荷运动训练,并在每次训练后即时补充葡萄糖,测定血清氨基酸的含量。结果发现,在8周的大负荷训练后,大鼠血清Val、Ile、Leu、Thr、Met、Phe、Gln和Arg含量均显著低于对照组。与对照组相比,大负荷训练组大鼠血清Trp含量虽无显著性降低,但由于BCAA的显著下降,从而使Trp/BCAA显著升高。大负荷训练后即时补充葡萄糖,血清Val、Ile、Ser、Thr、Met、Phe、Lys含量均显著高于大负荷训练组,而与对照组相比,无显著性差异。与大负荷训练组相比,虽然血清Trp含量有所上升,但由于BCAA的显著升高,Trp/BCAA显著降低。从而说明,长期进行大负荷的运动训练所引起的运动性疲劳不能及时消除,造成疲劳的慢性积累,最终可能导致过度训练的发生。而大负荷运动后即时补充糖有利于防止中枢性疲劳的发生,并可促进中枢性疲劳的即时恢复,对预防过度训练的发生具有非常重要的作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of carbohydrate supplement on serum amino acids concentrations in heavy-load training rats and its physiological significances. SD rats were conducted heavy-load training for 8 weeks, and administrated for carbohydrate timely after exercise. Serum amino acids were analyzed. Results found that serum Val, Ile, Leu, Thr, Met, Phe, Gln, Arg concentrations in heavy-load training group were lower than those in control group. Compared with the control group, serum Trp concentration had not significant decrease, but the ratio of Trp and BCAA increased significantly. Supplementing carbohydrate timely after exercise, serum Val, Ile, Ser, Thr, Met, Phe, Lys concentrations were higher than those in the heavy-load training group significantly, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference. Compared with heavy-load training group, serum Trp concentration had an increase trend, but the ratio of Trp and BCAA decreased significant. The results indicated, sports fatigue, which induced by long-term heavy-load training, might be not recovered timely; it might induce the occurrence of over training. Carbohydrate supplement after exercise timely might help to prevent the occurrence of central fatigue, and promote its recovery timely, which had a very important meaning on preventing the occurrence of over training.
