| 摘 要： | 沟通管理是思想政治教育知识体系的重要内容，因此在高校的学生管理工作中，政治教育工作者应明确思想政治教育沟通管理的定义与内涵以及操作方法。思想政治教育沟通应当坚持信息理解等原则，以保证沟通的效果。沟通管理规划包括利益相关者需求分析、跟谁沟通、如何沟通、沟通模型、沟通评价与信息处理等。

| Abstract: | Communication management is a significant part of university ideological and political education system, so college ideological and political counselors should clearly know its definition and connotation as well as operating methods. The communication should be based on the principle of information understanding to ensure the communication effect. Communication management plan includes the need analysis of stakeholders, the object of communication, communication methods, communication model, communication evaluation, information processing and so on. |
