| 摘 要： | 面对小学生存在各种心理毛病的现实，为了实现培养身心健康、素质全面的未来建设者和接班人的任务，势必要正确开展心理健康教育。对心理健康教育的定位是：它是素质教育的有机组成部分，是和谐教育课题研究的一个分课题，实效性是其生命线和价值所在。其研究目标主要是构建学生健康的心理素质，探索小学心理健康教育的途径、方法和规律。其主要指导理念是：主动建构，内容全面，联系学生的生活情境，满足身心处于不同发展阶段的学生的不同心理需求。其操作系统主要包含：良好教育环境板块、在各学科教学和各种活动中渗透心理健康教育板块、专项心理健康教育活动与心理导向板块、心理咨询与治疗板块。经几年的实践研究，厦门师范学校第一附属小学心理健康教育取得了较为可观的成果。

| Abstract: | Carrying out psychological health education is a compulsory task in the process of cultivating future constructors and successors with all-round development. Psychological health education, which lays emphasis on efficiency, is an indispensable part of quality oriented education. The main object of research is to construct students healthy psychological quality, probe into the ways, methods and regular pattern of psychological health education. The main guiding idea is to construct actively and meet different psychological needs of the students in the different stages of development. |
