| 摘 要： | 文章分析了美军院校本科教育的基本情况,总结出美军院校本科人才培养的七个主要特点：面向未来培养领导者;突出学员领导能力培养;大力实施通识教育基础上的专业教育;课程体系有机融合科学文化教育和军事职业教育;质量保证体系健全有效;管理制度科学合理;坚持开放办学,以期对我国军事院校发展本科教育提供有益的借鉴。
