| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代以来 ,跨国公司在华投资迅速增长 ,对中国经济发展产生了巨大影响。同时 ,跨国公司在中国的投资呈现明显的产业特征 ,这种特征很大程度上反映了跨国公司在华投资的动机 :既要满足跨国公司内部整合的需要 ,体现其在全球的战略安排 ;又要和中国能提供的资源和条件相匹配。当然 ,中国政府和企业更要分析这种特征对中国市场运行和产业发展的影响 ,积极采取应对措施

| Abstract: | Since the nineties of the 20th century, the investment of the transnational corporations living in China increase swiftly,which comes into the tremendous effect to the development of Chinese economics.At the same time, the investment of the transnational corporation living in China presents the obvious property feature. This kind of feature makes it is known that the investment intention of the transnational corporation living in China in the very great degree :as will content conformity of transnational corporation inside necessaries, the strategy arrangement that such is living the whole world display; but will the resources and the term that China be able to supply one another marryes. Surely of course, Chinese government and the business will analyze the effect to the runs in the Chinese marketplace and the developedment of property by this kind of feature, and adjust the strategy positively. |
