| 摘 要： | 图书馆数字参考咨询是在分布式数字网络环境中，由具有特定知识与技能的专家群合作对用户开展的个性化知识服务。在数字网络时代，图书馆数字参考咨询工作凭借资源、技术、人才等方面的优势，在社会教育、学习辅导、科研、休闲诸方面发挥着积极的作用。同时，也应注意知识产权保护、质量评估体系的建立和读者信息意识的培养。

| Abstract: | Library digital reference service is realized in a distributed digital network environment with the mass of experts of specific knowledge and skills. In digital network communication times, library digital reference service has played an active role in social education, scientific research and amusement based on the advantages of resource, technology and talents. Meantime, knowledge copyright protection, construction of quality appraisal system and the building up of information consciousness of readers should be concerned. |
