| 摘 要： | 法律信仰是法治之基石，它在西方法治的形成过程中逐渐得以确立和固化；而中国百年法治之路之所以步履蹒跚，就是因为缺乏根深蒂固的法律信仰；推进中国法治化进程的关键在于培育和固化民众的法律信仰。

| Abstract: | The law faith, which was established and stabilized gradually during the formation of rule of law in western countries, is the base of rule of law. The reason that rule of law in China hobbled in the past hundred years is lacking of the deeply-rooted law faith. The most important thing to push ahead with rule of law in China is to cultivate and stabilize the law faith in the civil. |
